This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of this application ("the Application"), a private, internal integration that connects to the QuickBooks Online company file of the business that operates it ("the Operator"). The Application is not offered, sold, or distributed to the public or to any third party.
Use of the Application is limited to the Operator and individuals the Operator expressly authorizes. No other person or organization is permitted to connect a QuickBooks Online company to the Application.
The Operator grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely to access and manage the Operator's own accounting data for internal business purposes.
Authorized users may not: (a) use the Application to access any QuickBooks Online company other than the Operator's; (b) share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Application available to others; (c) use the Application in violation of the Intuit Developer Terms of Service or any applicable law.
The Application relies on QuickBooks Online and the Intuit APIs, which are provided by Intuit Inc. under their own terms. The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
Handling of data accessed through the Application is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users are responsible for reviewing any accounting records created or modified through the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Application.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Access may also be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from within QuickBooks Online.
The Operator may update this Agreement at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
